Random things you have always wanted to know about Bones

Here are a few random things I have wanted to know about Bones:

Bones likes to cuddle during sleep time (Aw!). Does this apply to every girl or just Cat, I wonder?

We all know Bones was celibate during those four years but that must have been a bit frustrating. Did he ever…um…have a personal moment with his one-eye monster?

How were Bones and Cat going to get married? Bones can’t exactly file for a marriage license with no identity.

I will address your first and third statements.

1. As Bones never loved anyone (romantically) before Cat, I'm sure this only applied to her. The statement in your banner supports this.

3. Bones had an identity. Most likely several. Don't forget, he owned property, purchased cars, he was a wealthy man. I'm sure he didn't stuff money into a mattress. He had an extensive line of vampires who paid him a stipend. This would be handled through false IDs. There is a thriving black market for forged identities. Do you think the bulk of bank accounts in Swiss banks are listed under their owner's true identities? Not a chance. Hiding/laundering money isn't solely the predilection of drug dealers. I believe many a "pillar of the community" has some hidden wealth.

Bone's mother, Penelope, was a viscount's daughter, and a member of the nobility. Penelope was probably educated by a governess, and she probably taught Bones to read and write.

Thnx virago.I did think of that but it was mentioned that he left London after he turned Annette and she left with him so maybe she taught him also how to play the piano and other languages.

Yeah, Annette could've taught him those things. I could see her teaching him french or the piano. OTOH, I always thought Bones was self taught in a lot of ways. I remember in HWTTG, Bones commented on how much he loved modern technology when he was using mapquest for directions. He probably learned because it was useful in the hitman business.

I could see that because I think he was affectionate with women in general. If you think about it, the only affection he ever got as a child or young man was from women. They were the only family he had.

Update: I'm simultaneously tearing up and swallowing the lump in my throat over the image of a sweet little Bones learning to read on Penelope's knee and laughing myself to bits imagining just how an IRS audit would go with a vampire.

While we are pondering...who do you think taught Ian about piercing? Some hot (and lucky) tattoo parlor girl, the Internet, or possibly some tribal dude? And does Vlad have a chambermaid or could I apply for that position?
