1. Finding Jeaniene's novels
2. The Forum
3. Book Club
I found the Forum in February of last year after having read everything Charlaine Harris had written, literally all her series. What a great writer. I was looking to immerse myself in another author's writing, so through Charlaine's website and recommendation, I found Jeaniene's novels, and boy am I happy I did. I remember reading the end of
Halfway to the Grave in a hotel room at 2 a.m. on my iPhone while my family slept. I was never so happy to have an iPhone and Internet connection as the moment i finished
Halfway to the Grave and promptly purchased
One Foot in the Grave. I think a week later I found this Forum. I had never joined a Forum or discussed my views on books virtually, but here was this place that allowed me to do just that. I was and am still in heaven, reading threads, commenting on threads, and starting threads (not so well at first), but I felt a part of a new kind of experience that I continue to enjoy. A few weeks after finding the Forum, I discovered Book Club (BC), Eng, Wont, and the Frosties. That is where I learned to make time for myself not just sometime but all the time. I must thank BC for that. It taught my family to let go of me if only for a few hours on Sunday. Oh, I have gone on and on. I love this Forum. I can't believe my time here will be one
year next month. It seems longer. Much enjoyed time.
