I'm so glad you guys liked it! The M-theory stuff I thought was fascinating. Also, the lights in the eyes!

OMG yes, the wings! That description of them in the bath and when Mara rakes her hands down his back along those ridges... *double thud*!! Seriously gave me shivers...in a good way 
Ohh Eng, good quotes. As if I need an excuse for several re-reads this week (after all, we do have BC this week *snort*), I'll have to read it at least once more through to find fave quotes

Also, I love the part about the eyes. I think eyes that "light up"/glow is becoming a staple for Jeaniene

I don't have the book with me but I loved the part where Mara mentions how "sensitive" those ridges are!
My heart was beating sooo fast when he Raphael tells her to open her eyes so she could see the pinpoints in his glowing...what a great idea to show one as being "claimed"! I liked where she said those were better than a basket of diamonds!As for Raphael well

LOL! drea! I've been not-so-subtly hinting about more Mara and Raphael already. Holy shit! When his wings spread out when they were making love!!! Whoa! That was a serious visual. The sensitive ridges, his eyes, oh yeah, J, we will need more from this world. You don't need to sleep do you J? You can fit more writing into your schedule in the next couple of years? Right?

The only thing that could have made Rafael any better was a tight beard and pyrokinesis. I have to be up in five hours to take my children to school but I could not go to sleep without reading about Rafael and Mara. Mara kicks ass and Rafe, wow. Not that I want anything to interrupt the furthering of the NH universe, but any thing else on Nocturna would be wonderful Jeaniene! And yeah, the wings are hot.
