This was a wonderful scene and I am so glad you've shared it with us. I love the quite times Bones and Cat spend together - even though they are few and far between! Keep them coming - pretty please!

Very happy to be able to read about what Bones would say about that!! Loves that Jeaniene Frost puts up deleted scenes! Makes the book more interesting to see how things could have been or would have been. Keep it up! You are the best!!

I just re-read this and it still hit me as hard as it did the first time. Bones always has a way of making me want to melt into a gooey, weeping, girly, little puddle.

I would have loved and wished this would have been in the book. Amazing, romantic, and touching. Certainly something would hope to hear from the person they loved. I married my high school sweet-heart and love of my life so I can truely relate to both sides. Truely amazing & beautiful.

It's so touching!! once again, Bones makes me feel invaluable as woman!!

I really, really, REALLY wish this hadn't been cut - it's such a moving scene between them. It brings me to tears each time I read it!

It makes you want to hug Bones, doesn't it?

By the way, I've read that multiple times and just read it again. There were tears again.

what to say ... im starting my post 4 times already and deleting them all.. everything i say seems weak...

no matter how many times i have red the book, this now takes out my breath and leaves me empty.. makes me remember all the feelings i had while i was reading the book - think i will read it again (just after i finish EKOD tomorrow) :)
