Sigh. I don't mean to be such a drag. I've almost finished
Slave to Sensation. Less than twenty pages to go. (I peeked at the ending, so it's not a surprise.) I have to say I would give it a 6 out of 10. I already have the second and third books, and I have
Kiss of Snow. I bought it because I went to Nalini's signing here. Also, I bought the first Guild Hunter book for my Nook. Some of the Psy action; all the descriptions of their abilities and the PsyNet was a little overwhelming, but not so bad as to make me want to stop reading. I think one of the things I didn't like was the world building concerning Sascha. Her separation away from the Psy world and her recognition of her differences came about too quickly. From birth practically they were programmed to be robots, no feeling, no emotions. I would have expected more time spent on this part of the story. And on Lucas' story as well. The book didn't seem to acknowledge what a big deal it was that she was going through this change. Either away from her race or into a relationship. I will start
Visions of Heat today.
I know there are several books out already in the Psy/Changling series. Can anyone tell me if one of them focus on Clay or Dorian?
