Ask and you shall receive. Again. 
ETA: Please keep in mind that it's obviously not perfect, but I've put them together the best I can. If you see empty spaces (such as in Bones's chest area) it's because those pieces don't go directly together. Also, I'll continue to put the pieces together as long as Jeaniene keeps teasing us (which she is doing a VERY good job at
).

So where is his arm? If that's Cat's arm, and we know it has to be, is his arm sort of twisted around to hold her on?

Drea, unfortunately we don't know yet. It was nice that the same cover models were used for the first four books, but you never know of a model's availability, etc.
