It's What's for Dinner

Okay, I know, I know... not the most exciting thread, but we all have to go to the fridge and whip up a miracle every night. And admit it, we always end up talking about it! Thought I would provide a place to share or at least get ideas from other members.

Bon Appetit!

It's pay day and grocery day so probably a pizza or our grocery store does these really nice BBQ chickens in their hot deli, so maybe one of those. No cooking though, not tonight!
All I want is a warm bed, a kind word and UNLIMITED POWER!

Those chickens are a total life-saver!

I don't know yet. I am munching a pear. My brothers are here and they just called me. Once they finish a round of golf, they're taking me to Applebe's. It's not my favorie place but food is food!
When in doubt, Google.

Oy! My cupboards are empty and have yet to make it to the store to stock up. So looks like it's what ever I can scavenge up, so nothing exciting here... But I could go for a pizza now thanks to Mrs. putting the idea in my head. ;)

Breakfast for dinner is always a lifesaver. Eggs, sometimes bacon, toasted bread, sometimes frijoles. We cook bacon in the microwave. Everything else is done when it is.

I never look for miracles. If what I cook isn't what someone else wants, they can get their own dinner. Fine by me.

I'll agree that breakfast for dinner is always a hit. But add to that list pancakes, French Toast, sausage . . . I have to admit even with having a Mexican for a husband we've never had beans for breakfast and that's what frijoles are.
I never argue with anyone with as many sharp teeth as you've got.

We have them as often with breakfast as we do any other meal. My husband was born in Mexico too.

I agree ladies...breakfast for dinner is always a winner in our household. Tonight I stopped at a local market that was having a lobster bake....full lobster, baked potato, roll and coleslaw. I'm all about not cooking on Friday nights and this was a nice change instead of pizza or subs. :)

I guess I phrased that wrong. Mine is American-Mexican - his grandparents were born in Mexico but his mother in Montana and his father in Texas.
