HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Zombie
1 oz Light rum
1/2 oz Creme de Almond
1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
1/2 oz Triple sec
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz 151 proof rum
Mixing instructions: Shake all ingredients (except 151 proof rum) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Float the 151 proof rum on top, add a cherry (if desired), and serve.

Acapulco Zombie
Ingredients:
1 shot Vodka
1 shot Tequila
1 shot Rum
1 dash White Creme de Menthe
Orange juice
Grapefruit juice
Mixing instructions: Pour the alcohol in first, then finish off the glass with the two juices. Also, remember, just a little Creme de Menthe, not too much!

Purple Devil
Ingredients:
1 part Triple sec
1 part Cointreau
1 part Amaretto
Fill with Cranberry juice
1 splash 7-Up
Mixing instructions: Shake alcohol with ice. Strain and pour over ice in a tall glass. Add cranberry juice to fill most of the way. Add a splash of 7-up if you want it fizzy!

Vampire's KissIngredients:
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz dry Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1 tblsp Tequila
1 pinch Salt
2 oz Tomato juice
Mixing instructions: Shake with ice. Strain over ice in an old fashined glass.

Brain Hemmorage
Ingredients:
1 oz Peach schnapps
1 tsp Bailey's irish cream
1/2 tsp Grenadine
Mixing instructions: First, pour the peach schnapps. Then, slowly pour the Irish Cream. Do not mix! The Creme will clump together and settle at the bottom of the schnapps. It will have the appearance of an internal organ!! Pour the grenadine over the Creme for a completely disgusting looking, yet thoroughly tasty party drink!

Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1 part Bailey's irish cream
1 part Kahlua
1/2 part Bacardi 151 proof rum
Sprinkle Cinnamon on top
Mixing instructions: Add bailey's and kahlua together in shaker and shake. Pour into shot glasses and add required amount of bacardi to each and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Light on fire. Slam!

And if your still standing...
Graveyard
Ingredients:
1 shot Triple sec
1 shot Bacardi 151 proof rum
1 shot pint Vodka
1 shot pint Gin
1 shot pint Tequila
1 shot pint Bourbon
1 shot pint Scotch
Beer
Stout
Mixing instructions: Mix the 5 whites and 2 whiskies in a beer mug in equal amounts. Top up the rest of the mug with half beer and half stout.
WARNING: Very strong stuff. Do NOT attempt to drink it if you're not a good drinker. You'll be sending yourself to your own graveyard, thus the name of the drink.

[quote="The Mrs"]I checked out some cocktails for Black Vodka, most of them involve "floating the blavod" and here they are.
Thank you TheMrs! Doh, when all else fails, google!

In keeping with the HBYT BC party ideas, I remembered something. There are oodles of Bloody Mary recipes out there, but if you guys don't use a bottled mix (just add liquor), try using V8 instead of standard tomato juice. Don't mix a large batch with it for starters, just try a single serving with it. I went to a party at a friend's house a couple of years back and they did that. It was quite impressive. Of course, that could have been the Goose talking...

Christmas Party tonight. I sampled the cocktail for the evening last night and it is DIVINE!

Hazelnut Overnight at Grandma's
1.5 oz. Frangelico
1.5 oz. Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1.5 oz. Vanilla Absolut Vodka

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

I am serving with a chocolate/hazelnut Pirouette. Yum!

Update: This one you should really be warned about. Tastes super good and goes down easy. It will knock you on your keester in no time!

That shocks me because :shifty: we store our vodka in the freezer (and yes, it's Goose). It never freezes. I may give these a try. We're going to be outside all day on the 4th and these may fit the bill. For the adults, of course :D .
