Tara, I agree. I have a hard time equating Ian with anything secondary.

Both Ian and Tyler were great. It was good to see Ian continue to evolve, at least to me, from a bad guy to a good "bad boy". I also laughed at a lot of Ian's antics.

However, Tyler came in as a new character, and he made quite an impression. While the whole gay thing (What can I say? I'm a guy and it's a little different) was challenging for me at first, But as the story progressed, I liked him more.

I think I have to give the nod to Tyler by a small margin. Bringing in a totally new character can be risky - and this one was a real success! Ian was good, but his part is a expansion of the character already established. Tyler was brand new - totally unknown. He was a surprise - and that gives him the edge in this comparison for me.

I like Tyler, I loved Ian but Spade was my favorite secondary character. I loved how he cared for his wife, who certainly does NOT need any cuddling (dragon anyone?!). And then how he dropped the bitch Sarah was priceless. She deserved no less. <3

Tyler is the fav secondary character ! I appreciate how JF continues to obliterate social barriers and prejudices !
Introducing an openly gay character, having him openly lusting after all the wonderful male characters;) using his skills for the gang and being absolutely hysterical the whole time.

I've been in speaking of Ian's positive attributes for a while now and I don't view him as secondary ;) using his humor and attitude

Pred8tor, the guy's perspective is cool. Tyler is a great character and Jeaniene did a phenomenal job introducing him. Of course, we Frosties are not surprised by that, are we ;) ?

Spade's part was small here but I tend to agree, he made a big statement.

Yes! I was thinking the same thing!

Ian would be my choice if I were granted an "interview with a vampire"...I think his history must be epic (or relatively epic if you compare him to the 4500 plus years that another vampire could tell you about).
